modern, clean and conveniently located near the subway and bus stops and it’s not very far from most tourist spots. and the staff were really helpful and the free flow of drinks in the room was a nice touch.

The location is perfect for our trip. We wanted to be close to MSG and Times square. We booked a double queen bed room. We had a view of 27th St. The front of the hotel. Perfect. Our room was exactly as described, Clean, complimentary water, Coffee (Nexpresso) and soda (unlimited). Plenty of clean towels. etc. The beds were comfy cozy. The TV is media and Bluetooth compatible. The Rose Garden (common area) is gorgeous and relaxing. The lobby is chic and comfy. There is another seating area outside. The Wilson Restaurant is filled with delicious food and the best staff. Julio and Isaac attended to our party with a friendly smile and the best hospitality. Thank you. Our check in staff Jose Torres was polite and professional. Welcomed us answered all of our questions, explain all of amenity service hours. etc. Our check out host was Destiny. Again professional, courteous. We left our bags with the hotel while we grabbed a bite and get our vehicle out of the parking garage. Overall our stay was exceptional. I can't wait to visit again. I must say that Melia and the Innside Nomad staff have the nailed the hospitality game. every detail was beautifully handled and it was no wasted on this guest. Thank you!

We recently stay in INNSiDE by Meliá at New York Nomad for one night. Our experience was beyond expectation and we left hotel very impressed. The room we got were a mix of luxury and comfort. The bed is so comfy, and with the modern décor and great soundproofing, we find ourselves in a peaceful and quiet room. Clearly, guest comfort is priority for the hotel. The cleanliness of the hotel is commendable. From our room to the public spaces, the hygiene is top-notch. Every little detail is took care of by the housekeeping. Manager of the hotel, Leslie, she is amazing. Her service was extraordinary, she really cared and was super responsive. Leslie's personal touch truly lifted our experience. Hotel's facilities were great. Gym have everything you need and Wi-Fi was fast. Lobby area is stylish and have a vibrant atmosphere. Given the amazing service, comfortable room and location, we think the stay was a good value for money. Price might be bit high, but the quality experience make it worth. Our experience at INNSiDE by Meliá New York Nomad was no doubt a five-star. Dedication of the staff, especially Leslie, makes our stay memorable. We highly recommend this hotel for a remarkable New York City experience.
